Enhancing the Student experience at the Dhillon School of Business.
Stand out, be unique, meet people, make connections, develop skills, have fun! These are often the words that many university students hear while journeying throughout their university degree. For over 40 years, the Dhillon Business Students' Association (DBSA) has been a great place to put these pieces of advice into action whether you are part of the planning side or just attending events and taking part in initiatives. Striving to make all students feel welcome into the Dhillon School of Business family, we can’t wait to help students cultivate skills, meet other students and industry professionals, and give back to the community through charity events so they can ultimately leave their degree having obtained the added value they were searching for.
FOUR PILLARS OF SUCCESS
Promoting a fun and safe University experience while helping students build connections with their fellow classmates
Engaging the corporate community in delivering career opportunities for current students and future graduates.
Delivering insight into potential careers and improving the skills and qualifications of graduates.
Reaching out to those in need and giving back to our community.
JOB SHADOW PROGRAM
The Job Shadowing Program is an opportunity for a student to ask questions about the position that the DBSA member currently holds. The meeting will cover, topics like realistic job previews, time commitment, responsibilities of the position, and how much fun it is!
The Dhillon Business Students' Association would like to invite you to participate in our Student Mentorship program! Our vision for this project is to join a first or second year student with a student in their third year and beyond.
